Hi everyone! We want to share the highlights from our meetup, held on May 17th online via Zoom. The goal of the event was to raise young people’s awareness about the European Union, its history, and its significance for Ukraine.
The event included three exciting parts:
- A theoretical introduction to the EU and its relations with Ukraine.
- An EU-themed bingo game, where speed and knowledge determined the winner, Purshega Yevheniia, who will receive cool merch from YEA.
- A Kahoot! game about Ukraine, the EU, and opportunities for young people, where Purshega Yevheniia also came out on top.
Participants, who joined both in person and online, not only gained new knowledge but also had a great time deepening their understanding of European values. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring young people together and inspire them to celebrate Europe Day, fostering an understanding of peace, democracy, and human rights.
