About Iyuna
IYUNA exercises and protects rights and freedoms and meets public interests, in particular economic, social, cultural, environmental, and other interests.
We are the voluntary association of individuals established for the exercise and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, and for meeting the public interests — including but not limited to the economic, social, cultural, environmental, informational, educational, and other lawful interests — of its members and other persons. The Organization is established and operates in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Public Associations,” and this Statute
IYUNA operates in two key areas: support for the families of military servicemen (wives, children, and family members of those on the front line) and youth programs for children and teenagers. We address the problem of emotional exhaustion, isolation, and lack of support among families experiencing separation due to the war, as well as the shortage of structured leisure and development opportunities for young people. Our target audiences are women and children from military families, as well as youth in the broader community.
Our activities include:
- organizing entertainment and educational events;
- youth activities in cooperation with educational institutions;
- psycho-emotional and social support for families — spaces for connection and mutual support, trainings, seminars, and knowledge exchange;
- cultural and sports development for young people through festivals, concerts, and sports events, as well as promoting healthy lifestyles;
- environmental education and engaging youth in peace and reconciliation initiatives;
- humanitarian support for vulnerable families, veterans, and internally displaced persons.
We are open to partnerships with other organisations and foundations in Ukraine and abroad. Our work is focused in the Turbiv and Novopryluky territorial communities of the Vinnytsia region.
